Monica joined the bistro team in 2016; since then she has worn many hats. Starting out as a busser she has also been a hostess, server and now supervisor.

Outside of the restaurant, Monica is a full-time student at the Napa Valley College pursuing her dream to be a physical therapist and eventually open up her own gym!
